On 5 August 2026, conditional preliminary agreements were concluded regarding the acquisition of two properties situated in Kraków, in the vicinity of Wrocławska Street, with a total area of approximately 0.1 ha. A development project is planned for the properties, involving the construction of a multi-family residential building with retail premises on the ground floors and the necessary supporting infrastructure. The conclusion of the sale agreements is subject to the fulfilment of the conditions set out in the preliminary agreements, including, in particular, formal and legal conditions and those arising from the due diligence process carried out on the properties.
