A graduate of Civil Engineering from Cracow University of Technology, for many years connected with the construction industry, where she combines technical engineering knowledge with practical experience gained in the execution of prestigious building projects.

She developed her career in leading construction companies such as Polimex-Mostostal S.A., as well as in the real estate sector at Dom Development S.A. Thanks to years of work across different segments of the industry, she has a comprehensive perspective on the entire investment process. Her greatest passion is sport.

A graduate of the Civil Engineering programme at the Kraków University of Technology and a postgraduate management programme at the Warsaw School of Economics.

He gained experience in project management at leading companies in the construction industry, such as Skanska S.A., Aldesa Construcciones and Duna Polska S.A. During his career, he has been involved in the construction of multi-family residential buildings and numerous public facilities, including modern office blocks, laboratories, courts and a hospital. He joined the Mercator Estates team in 2026.

In 1998, he graduated with a master’s degree in Technology and Organisation in Construction from Cracow University of Technology.

He has extensive experience in managing investment projects, gained while delivering industrial facilities (lime plants, cement plants, gypsum plants, manufacturing facilities), energy infrastructure (wind farms, biomass installations), airport infrastructure, public utility projects (shopping centres, office buildings, hotels, swimming pools, hospital departments), and residential developments. He joined Mercator Estates in 2023. Diversity and curiosity in seeking solutions are the values he treasures most in his professional life.

Karolina has been active in the real estate market since 2008. She began her career in an agency specialising in services for foreigners, expats, and investors seeking properties in prestigious city-centre locations.

In 2010, she joined the nationwide development company ATAL, where she spent nearly a decade gaining experience across multiple levels of the organisation – from after-sales specialist, through sales specialist and sales department manager, up to the position of Sales Director.
Since 2019, as Sales Manager at Q3D Locum, she was responsible for creating and implementing the company’s sales and marketing strategy.

In 2025, she joined Mercator Estates, bringing her expertise, deep knowledge of the market, and proven ability to effectively manage sales processes in premium development projects.

Legal counsel and a graduate of Law from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University.

Since 2015, a member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Cracow. She gained professional experience working in government administration, dealing with expropriation and property restitution cases, as well as in renowned law firms in Cracow. She has extensive expertise in the comprehensive handling of investment processes, including strategic advisory in real estate transactions.

Attorney, graduate of the Jagiellonian University (including postgraduate studies in real estate law).

She specializes in real estate and construction law. She has several years of experience in the development industry and legal support for the construction process (building and infrastructure projects). She collaborates with the Krakow University of Economics Business School, where she presents legal issues from the perspective of real estate market practice.

Involved in administration since 2016. She gained experience in a Notary Office and later working for one of the largest General Contractors – Duna Polska S.A.

She graduated in Law from the University of Silesia and completed her master’s degree in Pedagogy with a specialisation in Resocialisation. She has been associated with the Mercator Group since 2021 and joined Mercator Estates in 2025, where she is responsible for the smooth operation of administrative support and the management of the company’s property portfolio.
Privately, she is passionate about cooking.

With over eight years of experience in administration and business support, Sylwia has built her career in an international environment, handling administrative operations, coordinating operational processes, and supporting procurement and tender projects.

She holds a qualification in Administration and is currently expanding her expertise in project and business management. In her current role, she is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of administrative processes and providing day-to-day administrative support to the organisation.

In her free time, Sylwia enjoys hiking in the mountains and running.

A graduate of the University of Economics in Cracow with a master’s degree in Finance and Accounting.

In September 2024, she successfully passed the national tax advisor exam and was entered on the list of licensed tax advisors under number 14976. She has been professionally involved in accounting and taxation for 7 years. She joined Mercator Estates in April 2024. Privately, she is a cat lover and enjoys puzzles and traveling.
