Mercator Estates is pleased to announce the acquisition of a property in Katowice, located at 41 Ignacego Paderewskiego Street. The site comprises over 0.85 hectares of land with existing buildings. The acquisition was completed through a tender process, with a transaction value of PLN 28.5 million net.
This marks an important step in strengthening Mercator Estates’ presence in the Silesian market. We see strong potential in this region and are pleased to be advancing another strategic objective here.
