Mercator Estates
Mercator Estates has joined the Krakow branch of the Polish Association of Developers (PZFD) – an organisation bringing together leading development companies from Krakow and the Małopolska region. The aim of the Association is to support the sustainable development of the property market, raise investment standards and shape transparent rules of cooperation within the industry.
Membership in the PZFD enables active participation in discussions on urban and legislative development trends and the exchange of experiences between companies that shape the contemporary face of Polish cities.
Thanks to cooperation within the Association, Mercator Estates gains access to current analyses, expert consultations and educational programmes that support the development of the competences of management staff and project teams.
Involvement in PZFD activities is part of the company’s strategy, which assumes transparency, quality and responsibility as fundamental values in the implementation of residential and commercial investments.
