The 6th Krakow Dialogue Forum, organized by the Polish Association of Developers (PZFD), has concluded.
From a developer’s perspective, the implementation of the General Plan and its actual impact on housing supply in major cities were of particular importance. It is becoming increasingly clear that the pace and quality of planning processes will be key factors determining the scale of new investments in the coming years.
The second key area was the role of the private sector in systematically increasing housing availability—not only through the scale of projects delivered, but also as a partner in dialogue with the government and a co-creator of regulatory solutions. The conclusion is clear: without a stable and predictable planning environment, it will be difficult to achieve a sustainable increase in supply and, consequently, a real improvement in housing availability.
